The Barmaid Blog documents the "life for a 20-something Manhattan barmaid." The barmaid, Debra, held a contest to design a logo for her blog that would be used on merchandise. There were few restraints, only that it had to include the name of the blog and the URL.

Logo Design

From the Barmaid herself, "I already loved the stylish, slightly-askew drink-in-a-martini-glass design and text the moment I saw them. But what totally sold me on this design was the little apple in the glass, subtly but cleverly representing New York City, "The Big Apple," where I work and live."
